Childhood friends Sean and Bryan love tuna.
So they started Safe Catch with the goal of providing safe seafood.
“We want everyone to feel great about eating tuna. We invented a new technology to test every fish for mercury. We only source sustainably caught wild tuna and each fish has to pass our test.
Most other tuna brands [sold in America] lose flavor and the majority of Omega 3s due to machine processing. We hand pack pure raw tuna steaks with its natural fish oils around it to retain all nutrients and then slow cook them to perfection.”
Marketed as the tastiest and healthiest tuna on the market, their sashimi-grade wild fish are caught only by captains who use socially and environmentally responsible fishing practices. “All our tuna come from sustainably managed stocks and are fully traceable. We partnered with the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program.”
