Team to Beat won the 2.4-mile relay in 59:25.4 at the Sand Key Open Water Series kickoff race on March 10th in Sand Key, Florida.

The new series in Florida includes 3 races with the last two to be held on June 9th and September 8th.

29-year-old Joseph Deluca and 53-year-old Pam Owens won the 1.2-mile race while 52-year-old Serbo Simeoni and 42-year-old Michelle Ziglar won the 2.4-mile race.
