Darren Miller: inspirational speaker, collegiate sprinter, bodybuilder, prolific ultra marathon runner, winter swimmer, marathon swimmer, channel swimmer, Oceans Seven swimmer, co-founder of the United States Winter Swimming Association, co-organizer of the first Winter Swimming Championship in Lake Memphremagog, race organizer of the UPMC Children’s Hospital Foundation 5K Open Water Challenge and 30 km Three Rivers Marathon Swim in the Ohio River, Allegheny River, and Monongahela Rivers, creator of Team Forever and the Forever Fund, a fund he co-founded that aids families in their struggle to afford the costs associated with infant cardiothoracic surgery at the UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, one of the 101 Movers And Shakers In The Open Water Swimming World, 2013 World Open Water Swimming Man of the Year Award nominee, recipient of the Barra Award by the Marathon Swimmers Federation.

An individual cannot accomplish all that under the age of 30 without intensity and determination.
