Kareena Lee and Hayden Cotter won the 5 km races at the 2019 Australian Open Water Championships on Brighton Beach in Adelaide.

Lee swept the 5 km and 10 km races over the weekend while 17-year-old Cotter upended the 10 km winner Nick Sloman.
