With a growing resume of ice swimming accomplishments, O’Reilly of New Jersey certainly is.
Murmansk Mile (Murmanskaja mila) is a 1.2 km ice swimming competition across Kola Bay, situated inside the Arctic City, and part of the popular Festival of Sports.
