We mentioned practicing feeding and drafting in an Endless Pool in previous articles (posted here as well as kicking workouts (posted here), stroke technique (posted here), and strength-training exercises (posted here).

But you can also practice sighting and the Endless Pool version of the Body Brain Confusion Swim made famous by the Cork Distance Week in Sandycove, Ireland.

In this exercise, you can attempt to swim diagonally against the oncoming current in an Endless Pool as the different pressures exert stress on different parts of your body.
