Binge Watching Swimming Over The Last Century

With new restrictions being increasingly implemented around the world, including a lockdown in California and Italy, swimmers are finding them increasingly isolated in their homes and communities – with no real understanding of how long they will be in quarantine, in a lockdown or in a shelter-in-place community.

Movies set in the open water or that have a swimming plot that includes swimming as a sport or that have a swimmer as a main actor are numerous. If swimmers are restricted to their homes and apartments, then they may have plenty of time to binge watch these swimming movies that have been released over the last 100 years:
