Lewis Pugh is a great storyteller. The United Nations Patron of the Oceans and International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame Honor Swimmer uses the world’s waterways to help tell his story while making appeals to government leaders to protect the Blue Planet.
He was successful with his 530 km 50-day stage swim of the length of the English Channel from Cornwall to Dover – which bolstered his efforts to convince governments to fully protect at least 30% of the world’s oceans by 2030.
